Cheng Wai 鄭慧

Praised as the "Piano Poet", Dr. Cheng Wai is a pianist and Steinway Artist from Hong Kong. She graduated from the Curtis Institute of Music and was the first graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She obtained her master's degree, artist diploma, and doctoral degree from Yale University and New York State University at Stony Brook in the United States. She was recognized as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons by the Junior Chamber International Hong Kong in 2009.

Dr. Cheng has performed as a soloist with many renowned orchestras, including the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, the Denmark Odense Symphony Orchestra, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. She has also collaborated with many outstanding musicians, including Augustin Dumay, Lü Si-qing, Li Chuan-yun, as well as Jian Wang and Florent Héau.

施坦威藝術家、香港十大傑青鄭慧博士，被譽為「貝多芬第五代傳人」及「鋼琴女詩人」。畢業於美國著名的寇帝斯音樂學院，師從西摩•利普金和格萊夫曼；先後於美國耶魯大學及紐約州立大學取得音樂碩士、演奏家文憑及博士學位；也是香港演藝學院第一屆畢業生。

鄭慧博士曾與多個知名樂團合作演出，包括莫斯科管弦樂團、丹麥奧登斯交響樂團、香港管弦樂團、香港中樂團等。曾合作過的指揮家包括古斯塔夫•邁耶、羅倫史密夫、黃大德、葉詠詩、鄭小瑛、麥家樂、胡永言、間惠昌等。亦與衆多傑出音樂家同臺演奏，包括 Augustin Dumay、呂思清、李傳韻、王健、Florent Heau等。
